Why Regulate Cannabis?

Cannabis prohibition is just as big of a policy disaster as alcohol prohibition was nearly a century ago. By adopting a similar exit strategy — legalizing cannabis and regulating it similarly to alcohol or adult use — Florida could improve safety, advance justice, and foster new opportunity for its citizens and in the broader community.
